Being Responsible is the New

Normal

What a freaking year 2020 is,

‘Normal’ is what I miss.

Millions of lives are at stake,

Being responsible is what it takes.

Unprecedented times require an unprecedented measure,

Supporting each other is the current source of pleasure.

Increasing hunger and rural distress is what many face,

Doctors, police and our PM need acclamation as well as

praise.

Everyone is fighting what was unexpected,

Don’t dwell on darkness, let the bright side get rejected.

Humans are obviously enjoying getting connected,

Therefore, their generosity and empathy should be respected.

Each individual should come out and contribute,

‘Food and affection we shall distribute’.

Our call should be to play our part

And not let anyone fall apart’.
